The Kinetic Group Heartbeat Report pinpoints the constraints of an existing workforce through the collection and analysis of data to determine skills strategies to achieve future goals. The data is supplied by participating mining companies.
Kinetic Group’s experienced research and development professionals collate data and analyse these constraints in the context of relevant environmental, social, educational and economic factors.
This Report, produced annually, identifies skills shortage by skills set projected over time. Specific strategies around skilling, education, recruitment and retention are delivered in the form of practical projects that deliver proven results.
