Professional Development Sessions
Professional Development (PD) sessions immediately follow each Network Meeting, analysing and workshopping topics on a much deeper level. The final PD sessions for 2012 will focus on “Curriculum Design: Training for the role vs. the competency”.
The session expolores the fundamentals of outcomes based training and curriculum design. Following completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Appreciate the benefits of top-down approach Curriculum Design
- Analyse workplace behaviour and understand learning needs
- Understand the implications for the provision of quality training
